I grew up in the hotel industry and I was hooked from an early age.
Careful planning and attention to detail is paramount for me, skills I have honed throughout my career which has included organising hospitality at a wide range of events including Buckingham Palace Garden Parties, Wimbledon Tennis Championships, European Tour and Ryder Cup Golf tournaments, Cricket Tests, exclusive gatherings and celebrity parties.
I have worked in hotels around the world, culminating in co managing and heading up the Sales and Marketing at an exclusive Relais & Chateaux lodge in New Zealand.
On returning to the UK in 2012, I set up Fred & Mildred Ltd, representing luxury hotels and DMC’s to the travel trade. I now offer private travel services through Fred & Mildred and 360 Private Travel sharing my knowledge with my clients.

Growing up in Africa fuelled my energy for a global life. Having lived in many parts of Africa, including Zambia, Sierra Leone, Kenya and Botswana, I also count Turkey, Finland, Uzbekistan, New Zealand and Hong Kong amongst the countries I have lived in. I draw on over 25 years of ‘hands on’ experience in the international hospitality, tourism and events industries globally. During my career I have worked in and run luxury lodges and 5* hotels in Africa, New Zealand, Mauritius and Australia, as well as leading large teams at many high profile events such as: Rugby World Cups, Olympics, Winter Olympics and Ryder Cups, all over the World.
